We are often too busy with everyone else and everything else but ourselves. One of the main focus in practicing taiji is to get ourselves connected back to our body. Take a small moment off your daily routine and communicate with your body. Through various movement, one can experience better concentration and reconnection with the body and mind.

You will be amazed how much your body wants to tell you.

2009 Active Ageing Festival will be held at Suntec City Mall this year. There will be more stalls and performances at various spots of the Mall.

Xin Ying Wushu Training Center will be demonstrating the Hunyuan Taiji at the following spots:

Freshly Tired

I woke up yesterday feeling lethargic again. That laziness made me wanna go back for more sleep. But then I knew it was a time I could challenge my discipline and self motivation. Hence with some effort, I went for a workout session. An hour of Power Yoga! An hour of great sweat out! After that hour of serious exercise, I still feel tired but then with a sense of freshness in me. I could tell that tiredness in me had transformed. My body was no longer in a tensed mode but relaxed, totally relieved of the lactic acid which I got from the evening’s sleep.

Amazing experience indeed.
